Salesforce Automation Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Automation Tester to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through automated testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and automated test scripts, conducting UI and API testing, collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve issues, and continuously improving testing processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Conduct UI and API testing to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify defects and ensure their resolution.
• Document test results, report issues, and track them to closure.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Development practices.
• Proficiency in Automation Testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with UI Testing techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with various API Testing Tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce-specific testing tools like Provar or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps processes.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of automation testing experience, particularly within Salesforce environments.

Environment

• Location: Hyderabad (with flexibility on work arrangements as per company policy).
• The role is primarily office-based with the possibility of flexible work arrangements.
