Media Fire Wall is a leading AI-powered content moderation company. Our pre-sale valuation stands at $2.5M, and we are growing rapidly in the B2B SaaS space. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Lead Generation team targeting the US and European markets.
Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated Lead Generation Specialists to identify and qualify potential clients in the US and Europe. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with cold calling, and expertise in using lead generation tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate high-quality B2B leads in the US & Europe markets.
Utilize tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho) to source and manage leads.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to nurture leads.
Qualify leads by assessing business needs and ensuring alignment with company offerings.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation for the US and European markets.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS companies preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho).
Experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Gender-neutral hiring; preference for female candidates.
Willingness to work night shifts (5 PM – 12 AM/1 AM).

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹8-10 LPA (Fixed + Variable).
Shift Timing: 5 PM – 12 AM/1 AM IST.
