Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and accomplished Applied Scientists for Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge ML algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the scaling and productization of ML solutions to enhance our product offerings and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Machine Learning algorithms specifically in time-series domains.
• Collaborate with other applied scientists on algorithm development and refinement.
• Work closely with engineering teams for the productization of ML solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers to explore use cases and conduct benchmarking exercises.
• Lead projects independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Contribute to the development of patents and technical publications.
• Develop pipelines based on Large Language Models (LLMs).

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of ML research experience (varies by degree).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java.
  • Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
  • Experience with large-scale ML systems.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for industrial AI innovation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to patents and technical publications would be advantageous.

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning research, depending on educational qualifications.
