The operations team works closely with portfolio management, reporting, and client servicing functions, offering good operational ownership and exposure.

Job Summary

The PMS / Domestic Operations role is a dedicated operations position within the PMS business, focusing on various operational tasks essential for high-quality service delivery and maintaining effective management of client accounts and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations timely and accurately.
• Process redemption requests and portfolio fee calculations.
• Oversee client onboarding and account management processes.
• Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to stakeholders.
• Track and report on Assets Under Management (AUM) on a daily, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Coordinate with finance teams for tax calculations and compliance.
• Manage and maintain data within the Wealth Spectrum platform.
• Gain exposure to AIF operations as per business requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMS operations.
• Strong expertise in:
  • PMS operations
  • NAV calculations
  • Redemption processing
  • Wealth Spectrum (mandatory requirement)
• Educational qualifications: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and reporting requirements in PMS and AIF.

Experience

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in PMS operations or a similar field.

Environment

• The position is based in Mumbai, specifically in Colaba, near CST station.
• It is a lean team structure consisting of six members, promoting good operational ownership and visibility within the organization.
