Job Summary

The Adobe Launch (AEM Developer) role is a critical position responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem. This role focuses on creating templates, components, and layouts while leveraging various APIs, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization’s digital experience efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using templates, layouts, components, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
  • Work on Adobe Launch products to enhance functionalities and integrations within AEM.
  • Conduct code reviews and analyze code changes for maintainability and scalability.
  • Utilize Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to develop applications and components tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience developing solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly with knowledge of templates, layouts, components, and OSGi APIs.
  • 4+ years of experience working on Adobe Launch products.
  • Strong foundation in Java programming and experience with OSGi bundles.
  • Experience with AEM 6.4 or 6.5, focusing on web content management (WCM), digital asset management (DAM), and CRX.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and related web technologies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders in the development process.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, iterative development environment, with an understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing applications, templates, and components specifically for the Adobe AEM/CQ product.
  • Demonstrated ability to write complex programs and analyze code for enhancements.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.

Environment

This position is based in Bangalore and may require collaboration within a hybrid or in-office environment depending on the company's operational guidelines.
