Oversee renovation & staging of homes, from
audit to handover
●
Manage contractors, vendors and ground
teams while maintaining timeline, budgets and
quality checks
●
Collaboration with design and sales team to
ensure proper handover and support with any
customer needs
●
Improve staging SOPs and systems for better
quality and efficiency"
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS
●
2+ years experience with strong performance in
operations, site management, or interior project
execution
●
Ability to build and maintain teams of
contractors, vendors, and ground teams
●
Strong eye for detail and quality
●
Independent problem solver comfortable
working on ground and cross functionally"
