Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Ad Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute end-to-end paid media strategy for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Q-Commerce, etc.
- Manage campaign structures including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSP)
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns to meet sales and efficiency goals (ROAS, TACoS, ACoS)
- Build always-on as well as seasonal promotion calendars and budget allocations
Analytics & Optimization
- Regularly deep dive into campaign performance, keyword analysis, and category trends
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting, and bids to drive incremental efficiency
- Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics, insights, and improvement plans
- Collaborate with marketplace KAMs for backend support and ad credits
Conversion & Listing Optimisation
- Coordinate with content and design teams to continuously optimize product listings, A+ content, and brand stores
- Analyze share of voice, search rank, and page performance to refine listing strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with category, brand, and tech teams to align business objectives with campaign strategy
- Stay updated with platform-specific ad innovations and pilot new ad formats, tools, and beta programs
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of performance marketing executives or analysts
- Guide campaign execution, daily optimizations, and performance review routines
- Set KPIs, review goals, and foster a high-performance and learning-focused team culture
