TA Partner- Bangalore

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable TA Partner to join our deep tech

startup on a transformative journey.

You’ll be the connective tissue between our people and leadership, helping drive HR

strategies that attract, retain, and grow top talent. With a focus on building a vibrant,

inclusive, and performance-driven culture, you’ll wear multiple hats across HR

domains—

Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Learning &

Development, Employer Branding, and curating Career Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the recruitment end to end for the organisation

• Complete accountability of Lateral hiring

• Understanding of technical recruitment to be upto the mark to drive the TA piece

Employee Engagement

• Build and execute engagement initiatives rooted in startup values

• Collect feedback through surveys and pulse checks

• Champion culture-building programs and cross-functional interactions

Compensation & Benefits• Benchmark compensation structures and conduct market analysis to stay

competitive

• Administer performance-linked benefits and incentives

• Collaborate on salary reviews and budget planningLearning & Development

• Identify skill gaps and map growth journeys for individuals and teams

• Launch training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities

• Evaluate L&D eRectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly

Employer Branding

• Amplify employee experience on social media

• Craft compelling content around company culture and HR initiatives

• Strategize campaigns to attract top-tier talent online

Career Development

• Implement career frameworks and progression pathways

• Facilitate career conversations with employees and managers

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years’ experience, preferably with exposure to startups or tech environments

• Proactive, empathetic, and excited by growth and change

• Strong business acumen and ability to link HR strategy with organizational goals

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with HRIS tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus
