We’re looking for a dynamic TA Partner who will bridge people and leadership while shaping the organization’s talent strategy. From Compensation & Benefits, L&D, Employer Branding, and Career Development to Employee Engagement, you’ll play a central role in building a vibrant, growth-oriented workplace.

What You’ll Bring
🎓 MBA from a Tier-1 B-school
📌 2–4 years of talent management experience
💡 Strong HR fundamentals, data-driven mindset & decision-making skills
🤝 Excellent communication & stakeholder management
⚡ Startup experience and familiarity with HR tools are a plus
