EARC is a growing organization currently scaling up its operations. As part of their future growth strategy they are carving out new businesses. Accordingly, looking to hire a Business Head in a leadership role with full P&L responsibility. This position will report directly to Sanjay Agarwal and will have a team reporting into it. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Retail Assets and the Asset Reconstruction space, with a proven track record in originating business, building new relationships, and managing existing ones.
