Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations. This role requires translating business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and contribute to achieving overall business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical standards.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Conduct design reviews and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency.
• Utilize excellent experience in AIOps and Predictive Intelligence for system enhancements.
• Implement AI Search in Virtual Agent focusing on contextual search.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM, Common Service Data Model (CSDM)), Service Portfolio Management (SPM), and Web Service Delivery (WSD).
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, Service Mapping, and Application Engine.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory).
• Additional certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture roles is preferred.
