Job Description

You will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, driving brand growth across online and offline channels, and leading creative excellence. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with strong creative instincts and thrives in a high ownership environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Growth ● Own the end-to-end product and brand roadmap  ● Translate business goals into clear brand and marketing strategies ● Work closely with the revenue team to drive growth across websites, marketplaces, and digital channels - both through organic and paid efforts. ● Identify new opportunities across product storytelling, launches, and categories 2. Creative Direction & Execution ● Define and evolve the visual and verbal identity of both brands ● Lead development of campaigns, content, and communication across platforms ● Ensure all output is premium, differentiated, and consistent with brand codes ● Push for high creative standards and speed of execution 3. Team & Agency Management ● Manage internal team members across content, design and social media ● Own relationships with external agencies - events, shoots etc ● Work with cross functional teams like revenue, product, packaging, customer experience etc Who You Are ● 4–7 years of experience in brand management / marketing / creative strategy ● Strong exposure to online first brands (mandatory) ● Exposure in global markets (good to have) ● A creative thinker with a sharp aesthetic sense and attention to detail ● Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and fast-moving priorities ● Highly ownership-driven, proactive, and execution-focused ● A bias for action and willingness to push boundaries What We’re Looking For ● Someone hungry, aggressive, and ambitious about building iconic brands ● A leader who can inspire teams but is also hands-on ● Ability to operate in a 0→1 and 1→10 environment ● Deep interest in consumer brands, storytelling, and culture Why This Role ● Opportunity to work on heritage brands with global potential ● High ownership and direct impact on business growth
