Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer (SDE) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and build high-quality software applications that enhance user experience and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using appropriate programming languages and development tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code is being developed and adheres to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Git).
• Experience with database management systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of mobile application development.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in software development roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
