Job Description
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the store sales team and respective Store Managers.
● Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the entire sales team.
● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and in-store experience.
● Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new trends and competition status.
● Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to Higher Management.
● Candidates with an apparel brand experience will be preferred. ● Minimum 5 years of working experience as Area Sales Manager.
