Key Responsibilities
• Account Management: Manage relationships with category teams on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Catalog & Listing Excellence: Maintain product listings with optimized content, images, and SEO best practices.
• Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of platform campaigns, deals, and promotions along with the help of our external digital marketing agency.
• Data Analytics & Optimization: Track GMV, conversion, ROAS, bounce rates; generate insights to optimize performance.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate inventory allocation across FBA, warehouse, and partners.
• Reputation Building: Drive positive reviews, resolve negative feedback, and reduce returns on key channels.
• Channel Expansion: Identify, initiate, and onboard the brand on quick commerce and new retail tech platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.).
