This is a high-impact position requiring a strategic mindset, industry expertise, and a passion for electric mobility.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1.<br /> Sales Strategy &amp; Execution:<br /> o<br /> Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.<br /> o<br /> Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market presence.<br /> 2.<br /> Customer Engagement &amp; Relationship Management:<br /> o<br /> Build and nurture relationships with key customers, fleet operators, and stakeholders.<br /> o<br /> Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.<br /> 3.<br /> Market Analysis &amp; Insights:<br /> o<br /> Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.<br /> o<br /> Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team to guide decision-making.<br /> 4.<br /> Team Collaboration &amp; Leadership:<br /> o<br /> Work closely with dealership teams to ensure smooth showroom operations and effective customer engagement.<br /> o<br /> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, service, and supply chain for seamless operations.<br /> 5.<br /> Performance Metrics:<br /> o<br /> Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales volume, market share, and profitability for the assigned region.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<br /> &bull;<br /> Experience: 6-12 years in sales, with a focus on passenger vehicles (3-wheeler/sub-1-tonne category).<br /> &bull;<br /> Regional Expertise: Proficiency in the local language of the assigned region is mandatory.<br /> &bull;<br /> Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market, including SCV, LCV, and passenger vehicles.<br /> &bull;<br /> Strategic Skills: Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.<br /> &bull;<br /> Network Development: Proven ability to expand and manage dealer and distribution networks.<br /> &bull;<br /> Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.</div>
