Job Description

Summary/Objective: Ideal candidate will come with brand management experience, would have executed brand campaigns. As a brand manager, the role holder will take end to end ownership of all the brand investments of Fisdom and the associated RoI for the investments. He or she will work closely with the senior leadership team and identify brand requirements, define the plan and drive the execution of the same. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze brand positioning and shape and communicate our vision and mission • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities • Devise innovative growth strategies • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics • Create a consistent, companywide brand language – both externally and internally Job Specifications: This is a full-time role. Job Location: Bangalore Education: B.Tech / MBA from a reputed institution Skills/Competencies: • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or as an associate brand manager • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers • Outstanding communication skills • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices • Understanding of the wealth management business • Understanding of the full spectrum of brand campaigns – research, creatives, production, distribution and measurement Experience: 5-7 years
