Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Intern will support demand generation and Sales Development Representative (SDR) functions. This role focuses on managing campaign data, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting to drive efficient marketing and sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations Support: Assist in executing and managing marketing campaigns by tracking performance and ensuring smooth operations.
- Data Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and performance metrics across systems.
- CRM Management (Salesforce): Update and manage data in Salesforce, ensuring all activities, leads, and interactions are recorded correctly.
- SDR Process Compliance: Monitor SDR activities to ensure adherence to defined processes and outreach standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline metrics.
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Final-year students available for a full-time 6-month internship.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Interest in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or B2B Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with campaign management tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Experience
- While no specific previous experience is required, a background in marketing or sales operations is advantageous.
Environment
- Location: Work from Office – Koramangala 7th Block, Bangalore.
- Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift).
- Type of work setting is in-office for the duration of the internship.
Salary
- Stipend: ₹20,000 fixed + ₹5,000 variable/month (based on performance).
