I</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>ncredible yet challenging opportunity to work with Management and the Operations team at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup to drive meaningful impact.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Help oversee Same-Day Delivery &amp; Hyperlocal operations across multiple dark stores in Delhi.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Manage all dark store/delivery fleet teams along with launch of new dark stores across Delhi, as per the expansion plan.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Work closely with our customers D2C/ECommerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth across Bangalore.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Own all aspects of dark store &amp; last-mile operations such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Ensure a streamlined Supply Chain to drive 100% success rate in Same-Day Deliveries &amp; meet SLAs across the city. Lead all metrics related to reliability,</div> <div>customer experience &amp; CPO (cost-perorder) as per business needs,</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>while continuously developing &amp; implementing SOPs (dark store + last-mile) to improve them.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to Management.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Help create a rockstar culture amongst your team to scale to profitability.</div>
