Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Provide strong HR business partner (HRBP) support to senior leadership and operational teams.
• Foster a vibrant company culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee performance management programs and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree from a Tier 1 college; MBA graduates from 2012-2016 are preferred.
• Experience: 10-15 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on startups and high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated experience as an HR business partner, particularly in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of talent management and organizational development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

10-15 years of experience in human resources, with extensive knowledge in high-growth startup environments.

Environment

This position requires working from the office for 6 days a week in Bangalore Urban.
