<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Project Planning & Roadmapping<br />
Define and maintain the project roadmap aligned with business goals.</div>

Break down features and requirements into clear deliverables and timelines.</div>

Coordinate with product, tech, and business teams for project scope and priority.</div>

2. Timeline & Delivery Management<br />
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.</div>

Track progress and ensure on-time delivery of all phases.</div>
<div><br />
Facilitate cross-team alignment and remove blockers.</div>
<div><br />
3. Sprint Planning & Execution<br />
Lead sprint ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.</div>
<div><br />
Collaborate with tech leads and developers to estimate efforts and allocate tasks.</div>
<div><br />
Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and story documentation.</div>
<div><br />
4. Risk Management<br />
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks early.</div>
<div><br />
Create mitigation strategies and escalate issues on time.</div>

Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.</div>
<div><br />
5. Technical & Shopify Coordination<br />
Work closely with Shopify developers to understand feasibility, theme architecture, Liquid templates, and app behavior.</div>
<div><br />
Support integration of third-party services like GoKwik, Klaviyo, Judge.me, Razorpay/PayU, logistics systems, etc.</div>
<div><br />
Understand APIs, webhooks, Shopify Admin API/Storefront API basics, and tech workflows.</div>
<div><br />
6. Stakeholder Management<br />
Provide regular project updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.</div>
<div><br />
Set clear expectations and maintain transparency on progress.</div>
<div><br />
Facilitate communication between product, design, QA, and development teams.</div>
<div><br />
7. Quality & Process Improvement<br />
Ensure adherence to quality standards and development processes.</div>
<div><br />
Help define and continuously improve project management frameworks.</div>
<div><br />
Promote documentation and best practices.</div>
<div>8. Support System Coordination<br />
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical queries raised to the support system.</div>
<div><br />
Monitor, track, and raise support tickets to 3rd party vendors.</div>
<div><br />
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of technical issues.</div>
