Project Manager - Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Roadmapping
Define and maintain the project roadmap aligned with business goals.

Break down features and requirements into clear deliverables and timelines.

Coordinate with product, tech, and business teams for project scope and priority.

2. Timeline & Delivery Management
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Track progress and ensure on-time delivery of all phases.

Facilitate cross-team alignment and remove blockers.

3. Sprint Planning & Execution
Lead sprint ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Collaborate with tech leads and developers to estimate efforts and allocate tasks.

Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and story documentation.

4. Risk Management
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks early.

Create mitigation strategies and escalate issues on time.

Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.

5. Technical & Shopify Coordination
Work closely with Shopify developers to understand feasibility, theme architecture, Liquid templates, and app behavior.

Support integration of third-party services like GoKwik, Klaviyo, Judge.me, Razorpay/PayU, logistics systems, etc.

Understand APIs, webhooks, Shopify Admin API/Storefront API basics, and tech workflows.

6. Stakeholder Management
Provide regular project updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Set clear expectations and maintain transparency on progress.

Facilitate communication between product, design, QA, and development teams.

7. Quality & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to quality standards and development processes.

Help define and continuously improve project management frameworks.

Promote documentation and best practices.
8. Support System Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical queries raised to the support system.

Monitor, track, and raise support tickets to 3rd party vendors.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of technical issues.
