Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a National Program Head – TASC & Corporate Channel to build, launch, and scale Stable Money’s TASC &
Corporate investment business. This is a 0→1 role that demands a strong mix of strategic product design, program
development, and on-ground execution.
The role involves:
Phase 1 – Build (0→1 Stage)
● Define the product-market fit for TASC & Corporate investment products (FDs, Bonds, Treasury).
● Design onboarding, KYC, and investment workflows in alignment with Compliance, Tech, and Operations.
● Create the TASC/Corporate Program Playbook — segmentation, pricing, incentive structure, and partner models.
● Establish internal processes for investment servicing, MIS, and customer support.
Phase 2 – Scale (1→10 Stage)
● Build a pan-India acquisition team comprising national, regional, and city-level program leads and acquisition
managers.
● Implement acquisition targets, performance KPIs, and AUM goals.
● Drive partnerships with banks/NBFCs to co-create TASC/Corporate deposit and bond solutions.
● Deliver consistent AUM growth, revenue contribution, and client retention metrics.
