<div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>&bull; Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff</div> <div>&bull; Preparation of Company&rsquo;s budget, analyse cost, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the Company&rsquo;s actual performance compared to business plans</div> <div>&bull; Preparation of long-term financial projections of the Group</div> <div>&bull; Prepare financial and business-related analysis for new &amp; expansion projects &bull; Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt management;</div> <div>&bull; Preparation of detailed proposal to banks/ financial institutions;</div> <div>&bull; To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation, review of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the Banks/financial institutions and security creation</div> <div>&bull; Making presentations to Banks, handle queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities, negotiation of term sheet with Banks/financial institutions</div> <div>&bull; Follow up with bank officials to ensure compliance and completion of various processes pre and post disbursement</div> <div>&bull; Timely Ratings of all instruments including Annual/periodic surveillance and compliance. &bull; Monitor the overall debt of the Company, ensure effective cost of debt and ensuring timely servicing of debt.</div> <div>&bull; Maintaining relationship with Banks, Investors and developing new Banking relationships &bull; Ensure routine banking &amp; RBI (including FEMA) compliances</div>
