Job Summary

The Student Development Manager will oversee the development and progression of students in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service sectors. This role is integral to ensuring that students meet industry standards and are well-prepared for successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement the Parameters and Development Matrix necessary for student placements within the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service industries.
• Categorize students based on defined parameters to track their development effectively.
• Create personalized improvement plans for each student to enhance their skills and readiness for industry engagement.
• Document each student's progress and development continuously.
• Communicate students' development and concerns to their parents/guardians on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with various centres to ensure the effective execution of student development processes.
• Ensure that student action plans are communicated to all faculty and relevant authorities for cohesive implementation.
• Organize training and briefing events for Frankfinn Centre staff/faculty focusing on successful practices in student development.
• Liaise with Corporate Services and external industry speakers for seminars on best practices in student training, including English Communication, Personality Development, and Grooming.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years as cabin crew in reputed airlines is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in student development or training roles within the aviation or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with best practices in educational methodologies and student engagement techniques.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.

Environment

This position typically operates in an office environment associated with educational institutions. There may be requirements for travel to various training centres or industry events.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from 6-8 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
