Job Summary

The Microsoft Power Platform Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Power Platform projects. This role requires managing resources, timelines, and risks while providing technical leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. The role contributes to the organization's success by aligning solutions with business objectives and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and management of Power Platform projects, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, offering expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture and design scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions.
• Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Technical Design and Development: Lead the technical design and development, providing guidance on data modeling, UI design, and workflow automation.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Establish quality assurance processes and conduct thorough testing to ensure solution stability and functionality.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related technologies.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing end-to-end Power Platform projects.
• Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Business Analysis: Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills for engaging and managing stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Experience

8-10 years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including managing projects from inception to delivery.
