Job Summary

The Intune position is responsible for deploying and configuring Microsoft Intune tenants according to customer needs. This role plays a crucial part in managing device enrollment, application protection policies, and ensuring compliance across various devices, contributing to the organization's overall efficiency and security.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Intune Tenant as per customer requirements.
• Manage Windows Device Enrollment and publish company portal for mobile applications and Windows devices.
• Configure application protection policies and manage Azure Active Directory (AD) / Hybrid AD joined devices with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access enabled.
• Implement configuration profiles and compliance policies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and analyze Windows update deployment metrics in Intune, addressing anomalies to ensure smooth update processes.
• Streamline deployment workflows to improve the efficiency of update rollouts and manage Mobile Device Policies, restrictions, and compliance configurations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Windows Auto Pilot, Windows Hello for Business, Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and Azure ATP.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management Solutions (EMS) for access and data protection management.
• Ability to configure policies for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Corporate Owned devices (Apple Device Enrollment Program/Apple Business Manager).
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and addressing deployment metrics.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing automated solutions for subscriptions and licenses management.
• Coordination skills with mobile device vendors for issue resolution.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Intune management and device configuration.

Environment

• Work setting: In-office at Bangalore.
• Full-time position with standard working hours.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹800,000 per annum.
