Founding Engineer

Job Summary

As a Founding Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced technical founders to build and scale an AI-driven risk and compliance platform tailored for financial institutions. This early-stage role offers significant ownership in shaping both the technical and product direction of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the core platform utilizing Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js.
• Partner with founders to influence product and technical decisions.
• Rapidly iterate based on customer feedback to improve AI-driven automation.
• Prioritize features and system architecture to enhance speed and scalability.
• Contribute to a high-performance, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in building and deploying production-level software.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in both backend and frontend development; ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong product instincts with the capability to work directly with users to derive solutions.
• Ownership & Execution: Enthusiasm for early-stage startups and a proactive approach to action.
• Soft Skills: Emphasizes collaboration, respect, and humility in a high-intensity environment.
