Incumbent should have –

8+ years of experience in merchandising; preferably in the Gems and Jewellery industry

Proven track record of successfully managing product assortments, pricing strategies, and visual displays

Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.

Experience in developing and executing merchandising strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market trends, and consumer demand
