You will be an experienced and digitally focused designer,<br /> comfortable taking design projects from creative brief to completion, providing new ideas<br /> and creativity while leading the visual identity of our brand. The role will work collaboratively<br /> and support cross-functional teams to help concept and design marketing campaigns and<br /> associated content across multiple channels and platforms.<br /> Your Responsibilities<br /> ● Work with a team to create a high volume of assets across all channels and mediums,<br /> including but not limited to: digital ads, emails, web assets / PDPs, landing pages,<br /> social, advertising and in-store graphics<br /> ● Bring in new creative ideas for both digital and visual trends<br /> You might be a good fit, if you have:<br /> ● Excellent sense of aesthetic design and a keen eye for visual hierarchy and<br /> composition<br /> ● Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality<br /> results<br /> ● Clear and effective communication skills in articulating concepts and rationales<br /> ● Ability to inspire team morale and contribute to the overall culture<br /> ● Have a point-of-view and creative perspective<br /> You should have:<br /> ● 3 - 5 years of related industry experience<br /> ● Knowledge of design softwares like Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier and After Effects<br /> (Animation)<br /> ● A diverse portfolio that shows good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.<br /> ● Formal design training / Bachelor’s Degree in design related field. ● Related work<br /> experience in the luxury, fashion or beauty industries ● Should have a solid<br /> understanding of AI tools and their integration into design workflows.<br /> ● Know how to conceptualize & edit videos is a must<br /> Location: Lower Parel
