Every detail<br /> is thoughtfully curated by top industry experts, ensuring that our residences stand as symbols of unmatched quality and<br /> command the prestige they deserve, turning aspirations into reality.<br /> Position Overview<br /> We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Residential Specialist to lead the marketing and communication<br /> operations, to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence within the residential<br /> real estate sector. The Lead will work with CRM and Sales teams to craft and implement marketing strategies, oversee<br /> team performance, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.<br /> This role is essential in driving the organization&rsquo;s marketing success and customer satisfaction and focus on:<br /> &bull; Collaborating with the Head of Sales to co-develop marketing strategies and drive overall growth.<br /> &bull; Leading Marketing calendar and initiatives with a focus on driving the sales at RMZ Living.<br /> &bull; Enhancing market presence, brand presence, and communication strategy.<br /> Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br /> &bull; Drive branding / advertising initiatives of the organization across all regions after in-depth analysis of<br /> the geographic, demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market<br /> &bull; Devise and implement strategies around new project offerings, product pricing and delivery in collaboration<br /> with the RMZ Living CEO<br /> &bull; Develop / update Department SOPs; Lead the development of a framework / mechanism for sales<br /> forecasting, monitoring, pricing &amp; discounts, collection of customer feedback and monitoring collections.<br /> &bull; Ensure timely and accurate documentation and execution of sales agreements, sales deeds etc<br /> &bull; Ensure timely resolution of all customer complaints; Ensure accurate documentation and<br /> incorporation of customer feedback into future projects (if applicable)<br /> &bull; Oversee timely MIS preparation and submission, Monitor cash flows and achievement of sales targets<br /> &bull; Undertake periodic meetings with key departments (Development Management, Legal, Finance etc) to<br /> ensure delivery commitments to the customer are met<br /> &bull; Lead discussions and enter strategic tie-ups with HFIs, International Property Consultants and Market Agents<br /> &bull; Authorize delivery of projects and all other marketing-related activities and act as a sole custodian of CRM<br /> and other documentation and records<br /> &bull; Promote the RMZ Living Brand and project offerings at mediums such as international symposiums,<br /> domestic exhibitions etc<br /> &bull; Maximize Residential sales revenue and drive timely collections to ensure minimal receivables<br /> &bull; Drive cost savings through effective negotiations with advertising agencies and service providers<br /> &bull; Develop the Department budget and ensure adherence to the same<br /> &bull; Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to enable future sales opportunity<br /> and utilize network connection to generate new sales leads to the company<br /> Desired Skills &amp; Experience:<br /> &bull; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.<br /> &bull; Experience: 20 - 25 years in marketing, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role in real estate.</div> <div>www.rmz.com 2</div> <div>&bull; Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, market analysis, and team leadership.<br /> &bull; Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Indian real estate market and consumer behavior.<br /> &bull; Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonalskills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to<br /> achieve goals.<br /> &bull; Proficient in data analysis and making informed decisions based on market intelligence and sales performance.<br /> &bull; Ability to manage multiple media channels and build strong relationships with externalstakeholders.</div>
