Position Overview<br />
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Residential Specialist to lead the marketing and communication<br />
operations, to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence within the residential<br />
real estate sector. The Lead will work with CRM and Sales teams to craft and implement marketing strategies, oversee<br />
team performance, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.<br />
This role is essential in driving the organization’s marketing success and customer satisfaction and focus on:<br />
• Collaborating with the Head of Sales to co-develop marketing strategies and drive overall growth.<br />
• Leading Marketing calendar and initiatives with a focus on driving the sales at RMZ Living.<br />
• Enhancing market presence, brand presence, and communication strategy.<br />
Roles & Responsibilities<br />
• Drive branding / advertising initiatives of the organization across all regions after in-depth analysis of<br />
the geographic, demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market<br />
• Devise and implement strategies around new project offerings, product pricing and delivery in collaboration<br />
with the RMZ Living CEO<br />
• Develop / update Department SOPs; Lead the development of a framework / mechanism for sales<br />
forecasting, monitoring, pricing & discounts, collection of customer feedback and monitoring collections.<br />
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and execution of sales agreements, sales deeds etc<br />
• Ensure timely resolution of all customer complaints; Ensure accurate documentation and<br />
incorporation of customer feedback into future projects (if applicable)<br />
• Oversee timely MIS preparation and submission, Monitor cash flows and achievement of sales targets<br />
• Undertake periodic meetings with key departments (Development Management, Legal, Finance etc) to<br />
ensure delivery commitments to the customer are met<br />
• Lead discussions and enter strategic tie-ups with HFIs, International Property Consultants and Market Agents<br />
• Authorize delivery of projects and all other marketing-related activities and act as a sole custodian of CRM<br />
and other documentation and records<br />
• Promote the RMZ Living Brand and project offerings at mediums such as international symposiums,<br />
domestic exhibitions etc<br />
• Maximize Residential sales revenue and drive timely collections to ensure minimal receivables<br />
• Drive cost savings through effective negotiations with advertising agencies and service providers<br />
• Develop the Department budget and ensure adherence to the same<br />
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to enable future sales opportunity<br />
and utilize network connection to generate new sales leads to the company<br />
Desired Skills & Experience:<br />
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.<br />
• Experience: 20 - 25 years in marketing, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role in real estate.</div>

• Proficient in data analysis and making informed decisions based on market intelligence and sales performance.<br />
• Ability to manage multiple media channels and build strong relationships with externalstakeholders.</div>
