Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Management System Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to lead and drive quality assurance initiatives at our Innovation Center in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will ensure process governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor internal auditors, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures, driving improvements and ensuring effective quality management systems while adhering to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Lead the Operations by driving the Internal Audit program, mentoring auditors, and managing senior management reporting and compliance initiatives.
- Analyze metrics and reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements.
- Collaborate and communicate with Delivery Leads and various functions to ensure cross-functional alignment and quality integration.
- Drive Certification programs such as ISO 9001 and EHS.
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging quality management techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Impart organization-wide trainings on Quality Assurance Topics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BTech Computers or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a quality management role within a software development or IT services environment.
- Expertise in quality standards such as CMMI, ISO 9001, and SDLC methodologies.
- Good to have knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in conducting audits, Quality gate reviews, Delivery excellence reviews, and mentoring auditors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, including Power BI Dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Additional experience or certification in other quality management standards and methodologies would be beneficial.
