Job description
Job Title: Sr. Procurement Executive
1. Manage and take ownership for the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
2. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with teams to maintain optimal stock while reducing carrying costs.
3. Optimize purchasing operations to ensure timely access to high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
4. Support new product development initiatives.
5. Manage vendor relationships, and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on quick turnaround time and cost efficiency.
6. Secure favourable terms through effective negotiation with existing suppliers and evaluate potential new suppliers.
7. Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure all procured products meet required standards and specifications.
8. Proactively identify procurement-related risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
9. Provide procurement insights to cross-functional teams to facilitate the development and launch of new products
