Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our team for a 2-month full-time internship. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and growing brand presence across various social media platforms. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to plan, create, and optimise engaging content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

• Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure content is on-brand and visually appealing

• Write compelling captions and copy that align with the brand voice

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions

• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)

• Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with social media trends

• Help in organizing and promoting digital campaigns and collaborations

• Suggest creative ideas to boost reach, engagement, and brand visibility

• Take ownership of assigned platforms or campaigns

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Content planning and calendar management

• Basic knowledge of social media tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

• Creativity in content ideation and storytelling

• Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and adjust strategies

• Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing knowledge

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available for full-time in-office work

• Commit to the full 2-month duration

• Be located in Bangalore

• Prior experience managing social media pages or content (portfolio preferred)

• High agency, energy, and a proactive approach to tasks

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
