<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong relationship across Regional Sales hierarchy in Wealth Management and Private sector Banking set-ups to leverage for mobilizing funds. Positioning the product appropriately with Advisor and converting them to distribute. Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting. Co- ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post sales requirements.</p>

<p>Achieving agreed financial targets and profit growth through the development of existing and new relationships.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Look after all aspects of Sales activities for Private Market products and ensuring that monthly as well as Quarterly targets are achieved.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets. Deeping relationships and enhancing market share.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Holding various meetings and training programs for the partners and their teams.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assisting Wealth Managers and Advisors on joint calls with customers for Sales closure.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal</p>
<p>information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premiere Distribution clients.</p>
<p>Ideal candidate would possess the following</p>

</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of capital markets and other financial products. Understanding of Private Market is preferred but not necessary</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Minimum 7 years of working experience in B2B Financial service sector preferably with an Asset Management Company or a PMS / AIF manager.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Deep understanding of the sales process.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in English and one regional language is desired</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong negotiation skills.</p>
</li>
