Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
  • Conceptualize and manage on-ground promotions, events, and activations across cities
  • Work closely with creative, media, and external agencies for campaign execution
  • Drive store-level marketing initiatives to increase footfalls and sales
  • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines efficiently
  • Track campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize future initiatives
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and leadership teams

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3–4 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in F&B / QSR / FMCG
  • Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, events, and consumer promotions
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and vendors
  • Highly execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment
