Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Conceptualize and manage on-ground promotions, events, and activations across cities
- Work closely with creative, media, and external agencies for campaign execution
- Drive store-level marketing initiatives to increase footfalls and sales
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines efficiently
- Track campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize future initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in F&B / QSR / FMCG
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, events, and consumer promotions
- Proven experience in managing agencies and vendors
- Highly execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment
