Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Expansion Strategy • Contribute to the development and refinement of a network expansion strategy that aligns with business growth objectives. • Identify potential markets, analyze competition, and evaluate market demand to propose suitable locations for new dealerships or alternative representations. • Set network expansion goals, develop timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution. 2. Dealer Identification & Selection • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify and target potential dealer partners who meet the company’s quality, brand image, and values criteria. • Utilize pre-defined selection criteria to evaluate prospective dealers based on factors like f inancial stability, market presence, infrastructure, and operational capabilities. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified dealerships, ensuring long-term growth opportunities. 3. Dealer Development & Management • Work closely with retail, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to implement dealer development programs, training sessions, and incentive schemes. • Provide hands-on support and guidance to dealers to help them meet sales targets, elevate customer experience, and implement impactful marketing strategies. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous dealer improvement. Ensure regular performance reviews by senior management. 4. Relationship Building • Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer-related matters, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with both existing and new dealers.
