Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant specializing in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role is pivotal to our client engagement at Perficient, focusing on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle ARCS solutions to enhance the financial close and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle EPM Cloud – Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions.
  • Design reconciliation compliance and transaction matching processes.
  • Develop workflows, profiles, formats, and automation within ARCS.
  • Integrate ARCS with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/General Ledger (GL) systems for data loads and reconciliation automation.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate them into system design.
  • Provide system testing, issue resolution, and production support for ARCS.
  • Create detailed technical and functional documentation, including user training materials.
  • Ensure best practices and governance are followed in reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion with a strong focus on Account Reconciliation (ARCS).
  • Proven expertise in implementing and supporting reconciliation compliance and transaction matching in ARCS.
  • Strong understanding of financial close and account reconciliation processes.
  • Hands-on experience in data integration (FDMEE/Data Management, EPM Automate, flat file integrations).
  • Proficiency in creating and managing reconciliation formats, profiles, and rules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Certification in Oracle EPM or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of additional reconciliation tools or software solutions.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM with a focus on ARCS required.
