Job Summary

The Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Consultant will leverage their extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Absence Management, to provide technical expertise and support. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal configuration and performance of the Absence Management module, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization's human capital management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Absence Management module within Oracle HCM Cloud to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and implement Fast Formulas for efficient absence calculations and reporting.
• Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for data management tasks.
• Create and customize reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Collaborate with integration teams to implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services/APIs.
• Conduct deep dive analysis and technical configurations for Absence Management.
• Perform SQL data analysis and validation for integrity and correctness of data.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud’s Absence Management module.
• Hands-on technical experience with:
  • Fast Formulas
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL) / HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) & BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Web Services/APIs
• Strong understanding of technical absence configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work during extended IST 2nd shift hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional HCM Cloud modules.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards in HR environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, specifically in Absence Management.
