Job Title: Supply Key Account Manager (KAM) Who are we and what do we do? Fleek is a B2B marketplace for wholesale second-hand fashion, connecting professional resellers and retail stores with vintage clothing suppliers worldwide. Backed by top Silicon Valley VCs like Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Y Combinator, we’re a team of 65+ spanning Asia, Europe, and the UK. Our diverse team is breaking records and bridging boundaries in the cross-border second-hand fashion market. After establishing Fleek as a go to product for second hand fashion in 2024, Fleek drives $5M in GMV every month. we use plethora of cutting edge technologies including AI being core fabric of our thought process. At Fleek we are building a video-first social marketplace for second-hand wholesale fashion, where every item is unique and highly curated. Buyers and suppliers can interact through media sharing, one-on-one video calls, and collaborative style curation. Our product also bridges critical language and cultural gaps using predictive trend analysis and language translation, fostering a global community for second-hand fashion. What does the team do? Our team ensures that suppliers get a top-notch experience. The supply team ensures the marketplace has the right products, from the right sellers, at the right time and that suppliers are empowered to grow. They're a hybrid of sales, ops, support, and strategy, very executionheavy, but also very impactful. What you’ll do: • Blend strategic account ownership with operational hustle, from analyzing performance metrics to being on the ground with partners, helping them resolve day-to-day challenges and succeed on our marketplace. • Support suppliers with catalog management, assist with uploading and optimizing products, updating pricing and availability, and improving product presentation. • Lead regular business reviews with key partners to align on goals, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives. • Work cross-functionally with category, marketing, operations, and tech teams to drive joint business plans and solve partner challenges. • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration of new suppliers. • Use data-driven insights to influence partner behavior and drive marketplace efficiency. Who are you? • 1–3 years of experience in account management, business development, category management, or a similar supply-facing role in a marketplace or e-commerce company. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Excel • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing businesses.
