Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create and curate compelling, brand-aligned content - including posts, Reels, Stories, and videos - that resonate with fitness, wellness, and lifestyle audiences.
Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.
Engage actively with the Superyou community: responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and building meaningful relationships.
Work closely with the design and content team to develop creative assets that reflect the Superyou voice and aesthetic.
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and fitness communities for partnerships, campaigns, and product launches.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide monthly reports and actionable insights.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring Superyou stays ahead of the curve.
Manage social media ad campaigns (optional, if experienced) for growth and engagement.
Requirements
2-4 years of social media management experience, preferably with a consumer brand (health, fitness, wellness, or F&B industry experience is a big plus).
Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand voice.
Proven track record of growing social media channels and creating high-engagement content.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later/Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic video editing apps.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and community management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategy.
