Technical Lead - SFCC

Job Summary

The Technical Lead - Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) role is primarily responsible for leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust eCommerce solutions using SFCC. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the technical architecture meets business requirements and aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of eCommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Reference Architecture (SFRA) to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the system meets business needs.
• Manage and mentor development team members on best practices in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure high code quality through robust testing practices and regular code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including SFRA, Pipelines, Controllers, and ISML.
  • Strong experience with OCAPI, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Familiarity with Hibernate, HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, and AJAX.
  • Knowledge of version control using Git and build automation with Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in database management with Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related technologies.
