Key Responsibilities
• Drive redevelopment sales and business development activities across Mumbai • Identify and acquire redevelopment opportunities through societies, brokers, consultants, and direct networks • Build and maintain strong relationships with society committee members, channel partners, and key stakeholders • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and redevelopment discussions • Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure • Coordinate with legal, CRM, marketing, and project teams for smooth execution • Maintain market intelligence on redevelopment trends, pricing, and competitor activities • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets • Share regular pipeline and closure updates with leadership team
