<div>Oversee all aspects of products such as product features, positioning and the sales pitch for<br /> existing as well as new products.<br />  Responsible for tracking both domestic and international market trends to identify<br /> opportunities and ideate new products.<br />  Oversee the entire product development cycle and train the Sales team about the features<br /> and details of the products including AIF.<br />  Responsible for driving the entire communication initiatives for all the Products and its<br /> features<br />  Prepare and share various trends and analysis about the Markets, Industry and the AMC and<br /> share the same with the concerned stakeholders<br />  Train the Sales team about various aspects of our existing Products and its features<br />  Ensure adherence to SEBI framework and compliance guidelines as well as internal policies<br /> and procedures.<br />  Build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively and demonstrate deep<br /> understanding of customer needs and knowledge of mutual fund market and products.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Reporting to - Chirag Mehta - Head of Product&nbsp;</div>
