Job Description
Responsibilities:<br />
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service executives, ensuring they provide high-quality service and performance targets<br />
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales<br />
- Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction<br />
- Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores and implement strategies to improve performance
