Job Summary
The Strategic ServiceNow Architect will play a critical role in defining and advancing the architectural framework for ServiceNow across multiple domains including IT, HR, Finance, Risk, and Procurement. This position is essential for shaping platform governance and guiding integration efforts with core enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technological innovations.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architectural blueprint for ServiceNow across all domains (IT, HR, Finance, Risk, Procurement).
- Lead platform maturity initiatives such as CMDB enhancement, automation, AIOps, and predictive analytics.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that integrate with core enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Salesforce).
- Drive platform rationalization, instance strategy, and adherence to data residency regulations.
- Partner with transformation leads, CIOs, and security leaders to shape platform governance and funding models.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities (e.g., Now Assist, GenAI, Data Fabric) and steer the adoption roadmap.
- Leverage strong development experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, demonstrating versatility across technology stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years in a strategic architecture role at an enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns, compliance regulations, and cloud-native integrations.
- Proven track record of leading multi-domain ServiceNow implementations on a global scale.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Master Architect or Technical Architect preferred; CSA, CAD, and multiple CIS certifications required.
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and present platform strategies in executive forums.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud services and platforms outside of ServiceNow, enhancing architectural decisions.
- Knowledge of business process transformation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
