Job Summary
The AI/ML Engineer will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of ML algorithms, cloud computing platforms, and programming skills to create advanced AI applications that enhance products and services within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and techniques for various applications.
- Utilize Databricks, Azure AI services, and other cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for building ML solutions.
- Write and debug Python code to manipulate data tables and ensure efficient software design.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, demonstrating proficiency in aggregate functions and table joins.
- Design and build generative AI solutions such as chatbots using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches.
- Work with generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Apply product matching and image recognition techniques, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing products.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, such as Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Proficiency in SQL for various complexity queries.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with natural language processing and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and BERT.
- Familiarity with MLflow or Kubeflow for model management.
- Ability to optimize and fine-tune models for performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product matching algorithms and image recognition techniques.
- Hands-on with generative AI frameworks and chatbot development.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements and trends in AI and machine learning.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in machine learning, data science, or a similar role.
Environment
- Work mode is hybrid, based in Chennai. Candidates must be either immediately available or serve a notice period of up to 30 days.
