Job Summary
The Product Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of Furrl by engaging in data analytics and growth hacking initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building products from scratch and creating real-world impact at scale. The intern will be involved in tracking product metrics, understanding user requirements, and collaborating with various teams to deliver outstanding products.
Responsibilities
- Track Product Metrics: Obsessively monitor product metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate quickly based on data-driven insights.
- Support Growth Hacking Initiatives: Conduct analyses to derive key insights that will support the core team's growth hacking efforts.
- Build Dashboards and Tracking Tools: Develop tools based on business requirements to continuously track the end-to-end user funnel from acquisition to retention.
- Conduct Market Research: Understand markets, competition, and user requirements deeply, employing various research methodologies to stay updated on user feedback.
- Utilize User Engagement Tools: Work with different user engagement and retention tools like Clevertap to build effective customer journeys.
- Support Customer Acquisition: Assist in customer acquisition initiatives across multiple channels, including notifications, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, UX, and Category teams to deliver products that delight customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of user engagement and retention strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Clevertap).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
