Neoble is a digital Lending Service Provider (LSP) operating in the large, under-penetrated LAS (Loan Against Securities) market. Backed by a reputed family office and led by a seasoned promoter with strong pedigree across banking, asset management, broking and wealth-tech, Neoble is well-capitalised and progressing toward NBFC registration.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic CBO to build and scale Neoble’s distribution and partnership ecosystem across India. This is a high-ownership 0 → 1 role focused on accelerating adoption of our LAS platform through wealth managers, brokers, MFDs/IFAs, fintechs and IFA tech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead nationwide business expansion and partner onboarding across wealth, broking, fintech and advisory channels.
Drive revenue growth, partner activation and business scaling in both B2B and B2B2C models.
Build and lead the Business/Partnerships team; establish sales processes, targets and performance metrics.
Develop strategic partnerships and deep API integrations with stock brokers, wealth platforms and SaaS providers.
Collaborate with Product, Tech and Risk teams to shape offerings and enhance partner experience.
Ideal Candidate
12–20+ years’ experience in BFSI/wealth/broking/fintech ecosystems.
Strong network with wealth managers, brokers, distributors and fintech platforms.
Proven ability to build businesses from scratch in high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of LAS, capital markets and distribution models.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and relationship management skills.
