Job Summary

The Workfront Support Specialist will play a vital role in assisting team members with Workfront functionalities. This position ensures smooth user management, system governance, and prompt issue resolution, thus contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • User Management: Assist with setting up new users and deactivating accounts as necessary.
  • Manage Access: Administer basic user permissions and access levels while re-assigning users based on organizational changes.
  • License Monitoring: Monitor license usage and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Issue Support: Provide assistance for issues reported via the #wf-help Slack channel.
  • System Maintenance: Conduct user audits and manage access levels, groups, teams, schedules, portfolios, programs, templates, projects, custom forms, custom fields, and approvals.
  • Documentation: Create governance documentation and manage necessary system migrations or upgrades.
  • Communication: Communicate system changes effectively to all workmates and conduct training sessions during office hours.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of user management principles, particularly within Workfront.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and managing custom forms and fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to assist users with Workfront issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
