Job Description

Position – HR Lead (Senior Manager)

Role – Full time, Permanent

Location – Mumbai Corporate Office

Annual CTC - INR 35 lacs

Reporting to – Head Finance and Corporate

 

Role Overview

This is a standalone leadership role where you will be responsible for all aspects of HR—from Recruitments, Performance Management, Compliances, Learning and Employee Engagement. You will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, while also being hands-on in daily HR operations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Lead end-to-end hiring for CBC across levels.
Build a structured onboarding and induction program.
Position CBC as an Employer, correctly in the market.

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage employee records, contracts and Leave records etc.
Implementation of HRMS system.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, gratuity, POSH, and statutory filings.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.

Performance Management & Policy Development

Design and roll out a structured Performance Management System (PMS) suitable for a small but growing team.
Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and guidelines in line with company culture.
Drive regular appraisals, feedback, and career development conversations.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Create engagement initiatives, employee surveys, and recognition programs.
Foster an open, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
Organize team-building activities and internal communications.

 

 

Learning & Development

Identify training needs and create small-scale but impactful learning programs.
Engaging teams for Leadership Workshops and ensuring learnings are applied in daily work.
Support leadership in building future talent pipelines.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership HR role.
Strong exposure to HR operations and strategic HR (PMS, engagement).
Experience in small-to-mid size companies with MNC environment.
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.
Good stakeholders’ management.
