Our platform aims to bridge the gap in post hospitalization care in India, ensuring better patient outcomes through proactive and data-driven care.</div> <div>POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with strong healthcare analytics and presentations skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analysing data, creating insightful dashboards, driving meaningful insights, managing client interactions, and supporting healthcare implementation projects at client sites. An ideal candidate is one who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment.</div> <div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Analysis and Reporting:  Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.</div> <div> Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for clinical or operational improvement.</div> <div> Ensure accuracy and integrity of reported data. Project Support &amp; Client Implementation:</div> <div> Support and coordinate data-driven initiatives aligned with company goals.</div> <div> Visit client sites during implementation and stay there for the required period.  Ensure high commitment and ownership during client deployments.</div> <div> Support pilot studies, training programs, and implementation activities at partner hospitals across India. Collaboration:  Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present data findings.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, and product) to gather and document required information.  Handle multiple tasks and project deliverables effectively. REQUIREMENTS:  0&ndash;2 year of relevant work experience (only experience related to Business Analyst preferably in healthcare or health-tech domains).  Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. (Should have good pharmacology and therapeutics knowledge)  Expertise in Canva, Google workspace, Microsoft Suite, and multitasking across tools and responsibilities.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with healthcare professionals and IT teams.  Willingness to travel across India as needed for deployments, training, or client interaction. Client site as of now it will be AIIMS Jammu.  Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a startup environment. WORKING CONDITIONS:  Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.  Initial 6-month probation period as a Management Trainee. Based on performance, the permanent role of Business Analyst will be provided.  No paid leaves during the probation period.  Denial of work-related travel, unless due to personal or parental health reasons, may result in termination.
